Congratulations to Orla Clarke who passed her driving test in Navan on 26th March 2014. Her first attempt with iDrive!

Orla came to us, having failed previously,for a pretest and a few lessons leading up to her test.
During her pretest I identified a number of issues that Orla had to work on. Use of her mirrors, her reverse and her clutch use were some of them.
Orla was really determined to pass this time round and worked extremely hard to fix her clutch faults in particular. She had be clutching in too early, not fully releasing between gear changes and often releasing the clutch too quickly causing the car to jerk.
On the day I was delighted to Orla get no marks for her clutch at all, a huge improvement.

Really well done Orla, told you you could do it!! Safe driving!!>

Congratulations to Laura Keogh who passed her driving test in Navan on 25th March 2014 at the FIRST attempt!!

Laura came to iDrive for Essential Driver Training after being recommended by a friend who had passed with us.
We went through the first few lessons on a weekly basis then Laura went off, gained some more experience and came back after a few months to finish the rest and prepare for her test.

She was a little quick off her clutch at times and her braking could be a little severe at times. She intended to do her test in her own car but unusually she was driving the iDrive Fiesta better than her own car, which she was used to. She ended up deciding to use the Fiesta for the test and it paid off!!

Her tester congratulated her on a very good drive!!
